Robocall to my CELL PHONE(!) about lowering my credit card interest rate....but I don't have a credit card. Robo identified as "Credit Card Services" and did not give me long enough to get my keypad up to talk to a live person to complain to and disconnected.

Unknown call to my cell phone. Didn't leave message and didn't waste time answering. Did a search and I "think" this caller is from Brooklyn, NY and calling on a landline phone, not a cell. Sounds like it's a spammer/scammer. Avoid this!
