"Heather of Credit Card Services" offered "Last Chance" (again) for interest rate reduction. All I had to do was press '1' for live assistance - or '2' to be removed automatically. I did neither and was wished a nice day.

automated recording had "important information about my credit card". Once I selected to be connected to a live person and I asked specifically whichcard, they listed the big ones--CitiBank, Chase, etc
