Some person by the name of Alisa call to talk to some of the staff about a report the company Luce did and want feed back by some of the staff. When I ask if they would like to go into the voice mail she claims she don't have a number. We have caller ID and I said I just let the staff know you call.

caller did not respond when i picked up. just heard what sounded like a busy signal before call ended. call only lasted 27 seconds at 3:00 pm est. no name was listed.
time stamp on call was 8:22 pm.

The caller identified themselves as doing marketing research and wanted to speak to the owner of the business.
