Merchant Services credit card balance payment

This is just one of many calls from different numbers from the same company calling itself Consumer Law. They claim to be able to reduce my credit card interest; however, they don't mention any credit card company I am with. The voice is pre-recorded than a person comes on the line. I asked to be put on the do not call list. This has been ignored. One of the telemarketers hung up on me when I said this. The other one said he would put me on the list, but I still get calls.

These are phone numbers that show up on my caller ID. I believe these are computer generated numbers. The pre-recorded message is trying to get people to lower their credit card debt. I have been able to get a real person on the phone but the minute I ask to have my number removed, they laugh and hang up. WTF? they continue to call me. I want these scammers to be shut down.
