Same person from the same number and same ominous message.....So annoyed they call my number.....Barking up the wrong tree wont be good for them.

Called 3 time a day never asking to speak to anybody just to call them back,

I received a call with a voicemail. I called back and they answered the phone, "Litigation". I asked for Jennifer Schwarztz as that is who "left the VM". After holding for quite sometime, a lady got on the phone, confirmed my phone number and said they were calling for "Me" .. She knew my name but had the last four of my social flopped and my DOB was a day off. That is pretty close ... Too close for comfort .. But I know it wasn't me if it was anyone. I haven't gotten a payday loan in years and I haven't had a bank account in almost 8.

They weren't rude to me. Calmly looked up the number. Gave me a name (not mine) and said they would remove my number from their list.

Jennifer Swartz left a ominous sounding voice mail about a court case (not involved in any litigation) and demands a call back. This is likely spam and I wouldn't call back from your own phone - that just lets them know a real person is at the number they called.
