Wants you to stay online for someone to try to sell you something.
Caller: Rewards center
Calls and hangs up - when called back, it is a recording saying they are trying to offer you a reward for visiting one of their affiliate sites. I don't list my cell number on any sites, so this would suggest one of the sites I use or buy from is sharing information or these people are constantly phishing and lying. I blocked.
