Hi, I recived a call from this number, said was an inmate I know it's Colorado Springs number I do have family there. Can you tell me who it was?

It is a drug and alcohol detox center. If you get a call it is from someone in detox.
the recording says someone is in correction center and that they're trying to make a collect call, but my cell phone provided daosn't allow collect call and then asks me to set up an account. i don't know anyone in prison and i get these calls about 6-8 times a day.
