Call from Central Telecom, saying that they are calling on behalf of the local phone company offering long distance services. They spoke with my elderly mother who agreed to get the discount. Tried calling back to cancel whatever order but the phone number gives a 1-888-988-9818 to talk to customer service and is an invalid number. They have called several times, but we don't asnwer, we use caller ID
