It's def a scam. Don't be threatened, what they claim is false and even if it were true, the methods they use are illegal and not according to either industry standards or law. It is "persuasion fraud" and/or "crimes of persuasion" don't feel threatened or intimidated. Contact your local police and their local police in Colorado as well as the FBI, FTC, and other federal regulatory or policing agencies to report their fraud.

This supposed litigation collection company is a scam. They threatened to have me arrested at my place of business over some fraudulent charges that I knew nothing about but they had my SSN and old address. My husband is retired police officer and said it was a scam. Don't be fooled no matter how much information they have on you! Report them to the local police department as form of harrasment.

this just happened to me the caller said her name was Katherine Taylor and that there was a legal matter that she needed to talk to my lawyer about so i called back got hung up on so i called back put me on hold then hung up again third time i called back ask why they keep hanging up their response was dont called here again asswipe guess that took care of the legal matter confront them there leave you alone

Leaving messages about legal matters on an unmarked voicemail box. Doesn't say the company name or anything. If this was an actual legal matter, I would get a letter and there would be no details on my voicemail box.

I had received a call from this number, from one Katherine Taylor. She stated her name and that there was a legal matter, yet did not state who she was calling for or who she represents. Funny!? It is tax season and the vultures are circling. If there is a true issue, send it through the mail with company letter head and all the pertinent information. Others wise, do not waste mine or your time.
