The prerecorded message stated that the FBI had reported an above average number of break-ins in my area and it initially sounded as if they were selling home security systems. As I tried to find out more information I was prompted to indicate if my credit score was above or below 600. If I responded that it was below the call was immediately cut off. If I responded that it was above then I was asked if I would like to talk to a sales representative. When I responded yes I just got silence and wasn't able to talk to a live person. It sounded like the offer to install a free security system was a come-on to promote something else however I wasn't able to determine what that other product was.

Something about placing a small sign in your yard promoting vendor's home security system, and vendor will install a home security system in your home for "free".

Same cr*p; different day.
Typical Tele-scumbag costing me minutes on my cell service. Will again report to FCC, but that doesn't seem to have any impact; not as long as the tele-scums continue to lobby
