These people keep calling my number regarding about a bill from 2010 that has been paid off. I told them to leave me alone and they call harassing me, called my ex husband's step daughter and my brother threatening them with jail time, if they don't pay this debt for me. Now the last couple of days they are leaving a message threatening to come to my work and serve me some type of papers. Plus they never mail you anything.

So Joe P. called my wife asking about people she didn't know, threatening to serve her papers at her place of work, and calling her foul names.. I called him back at 720-330-0980 (he also called from 720-330-0970), I told him I would like to come to his office to get this issue settled. After going around and around with him about how he wasn't going to give me his address, he did finally give me 8230 E 47th ave in Denver Colorado. He told me it would be a waste of my time to come see him because they didn't deal with anyone in person, and they didn't take cash. If this was a real debt collector they would deal with me in person and would GLADLY take cash. Just more scammers trying to phish and prey on those who don't know better.

Smartass young man claiming my husband would be i n jail in the morning regarding a bill from 2008. Luckily we had the receipt of payment. Don't fall for it!!
