I don't recall the woman's name but she called about a company called "Reader Services" saying I owed 24 payments to them for magazines that I signed up for. So I asked for the date of when I signed up for it and she got rude and continually aggravated with me when I told her that getting upset with me wasn't going to get my credit card number any faster so then she hung up on me after telling me that she was going to report me to a collections agency for not paying on the accound.

Caller named Tracy called about what I thought was my subscription to Time. Found out I was duped and now may have to void my credit card. The credit person was very rude and unhelpful.
