If this is for Conn's Home Furniture, I believe They are Grossly violating the FDCP Act as they are calling me even while at work every 30 minutes and in the last 30 minutes have called me 4 times back to back. THIS IS HARASSMENT & ILLEGAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have requested on the phone that they DO NOT CALL me and submit any correspondence through the mail. They have completely ignored this request as well as calling me not only on my cell this frequently but also throwing a call here and there into my place of work! I will be contacting an attorney!
