Lowering credit card interest rate. I think they are simply identity thieves though.

Something about my credit card account. But when you try to progress to ask them to remove you from their calling list they hang up immediately...I think they think if they don't hear your do not call request to the end of the sentence, they didn't hear it at all. They have called more times than listed below, but that is as far as mt caller ID list recordede.
