Another scam offering to lower my credit card rates. Would not provide valid business name or info upon questioning. 1. They called my cellphone with a prerecorded message. 2. They failed to identify themselves...indeed, the number on my caller id is most certainly spoofed. 3. The call costed my 50 cents, which I DO NOT CONSENT to.

Called the number back. automated It said Frank Jones mail box was full. Real voice for frank jones part.

lowrate services they've been calling me every week for five weeks. The first time they called I didn't press one I just hung up. The next week I pressed one, told the guy how much dept I had, he kinda chuckled and said your doing fine sir. I then asked Why I was called, Where they got my number, he said they got my information from my credit card company. I kindley told him to put me on the do not call list and That I'm already on the national do not call list. I've gotten a call every week since. As soon as I start asking questions they get pissy, start talking like there trying to collect a dept and that its somehow my fault that they are calling me and as soon as I begin to ask them again to not call anymore they hang up.

These people keep calling and calling even though I have repeatedly asked them to remove my number from their list. I have a don not call and this is my cell phone!

Call me on my cell phone at 11:15 am central time on 03-12-2012. Told them to remove me from there call list but they just hung up on me...

"Lower Rate Services" appears to be the same credit card scam as "Card Services". You get an urgent robocall saying you qualify for lower rates and press 1 to take advantage. I always press 1. Then I keep them on the phone as long as possible, asking them to repeat questions, misunderstanding what they say, trying to get their phone number, asking their company name, and finally asking that they "Please put me on your do not call list."

That's when things get funny, rude, and abusive. They will call you every name in the book for "wasting their time."

Why, why can't we get these clowns shut down?
