Lower my credit card interest rates.
These are a series of numbers used (caller ID) for the same pre-recorded message. I have repeatedly pressed 3 (this used to be included in the recording but not any longer) to be removed. I have also pressed 1 as instructed to speak to a person, but as soon as I try to tell them to remove my name they hang up on me.

CREDIT CARD SERVICES - SAID THEY WOULD LOWER MY CREDIT CARD RATE. I WAITED ON PHONE FOR OPERATOR AND WHEN I SAID I WAS ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST, SHE IMMEDIATELY HUNG UP ON ME.

I keep getting calls as well. What I'd like to know is who is giving my phone number to them? If the government doesn't care and I partake in our pro-business society and vote with my dollars?
