Ok it is getting worst.

When you get to talk to someone and ask what is the name of their company they hang up.

When you call them back you get a message from the phone company stating that they are not accepting calls.

I don't want or need any of their services.

Change to law so that they can't solicit by phone - land line or cell.

It is costing me money every time these people call or text on my number.
It also cost me money to ask them to stop or block them.

They are not following the Do Not Call Registry – Do Something.

Change the Law and go after the people that sell software that generate numbers, mask numbers, bots that fakes caller ID, etc. who profits from these unwanted calls.

My right to privacy is more important than their need to call and sell me crap that I don't want or need.

Also unable to reach to ask them to stop - Message "Not Receiving calls at this Time"

This is another call for lower interest rates, second call in 2 days. Can't these rude abusive calls be stopped? They are calling a business cell phone that is not linked to any credit card. Isn't this in violation of the do not call laws?

Interest rate reduction on personal credit cards.
When I pressed the number to speak to a representative - the representative hung up on me when I stated I wanted to be removed. These calls are coming from the same company, but the number is always different. Calling back only leads to either a "mailbox full" - or a "this number is not accepting calls" message.
