Fraud! Person states that charges have been filed against me ,leaves case number and phone number to call. Same person has made calls from 501 area code which I have blocked. Use to be a foreign guy that made the calls but haven't heard from him in a while. TOTALLY BOGUS, DO NOT CALL BACK OR GIVE ANY INFO!!

They called stating fraudulent charges with my ssn in my county and a case number. And they would serve me at work or home and if I didn't call them back I had no rights after it started

I've been getting these calls for nearly a month now. The person named isn't me nor anyone in my household or anyone I know. I called the number after getting this call and message daily for about a week. I asked them to stop calling this number, I'm not who you are looking for. They said they'd remove the number. A few days later, the calls started again. I called again but every time I called I got a message saying their voice mailbox was full. Today they called and I called them back. A female answered and I said I'm not the person you keep calling - mind you these are all robo-calls.... She said she would take care of it, and I tried to ask another question but she hung up immediately after saying she'd take care of it - same thing that happened with the original call. I called back and started explaining but the person kept cutting me off. When I said "Wait, I need you to listen", the guy says "No, YOU need to stop, you spoiled brat". I said wow and he hung up. I called back and said I need to speak to a supervisor - it sounded like the same person I'd just spoken to that answered. I said I need to be removed from this list. He said I told you I'd take care of it. I said I've been told that and here we are a month later and I'm still receiving calls. He said it's going to be handled. I said what number are you taking off; he says the one you're calling from. I said what number is that, he hemmed and hawed and I asked why he couldn't give me a straight answer and then I made a negative comment and he hung up. I'd like to shut them down...
