I receive calls from this company every day all hours till almost 9 pm. today dec 22 got to calls from this number within 13 minutes if each other. they also call from a 614 number and leave no message. I know I have an account balance which I owe and intend to pay having some financial trouble right now

This is Comenity calling because I forgot a payment to Jjill. I made the payment as soon as I realized my mistake, but they are still calling because their records aren't caught up. Very annoying.

I gets calls from the local 720 number as well as the 614 number - multiple times a day starting at 8:00am EVERY SINGLE DAY. I keep blocking the numbers so they will call from the next block of numbers they have. I have an Account with Comenity Bank which I have had for 5 years - NEVER MISSED A PAYMENT, NEVER HAD A LATE PAYMENT - I am recently unemployed and missed my first payment ever and they are hounding me. I have explained the situation and told them that as soon as I start getting income again, I will get the payments caught up. THEY STILL CALL ME MULTIPLE TIMES PER DAY, EVERY DAY! I ASKED THEM TO STOP CALLING ME, BUT TO NO AVAIL. I have 14 credit card accounts and all of them have perfect payment histories - this is the only one that I have let lapse. I just keep blocking them. I understand I owe a debt and I fully intend to get this caught up and paid, but calling me every day is not going to change the situation.

Today is 2/13/2016 from early this morning to 12noon- This company called COMENITY calling my house number and my home fax number.. 614-754-4131 and 720-456-3682... They call house number numerous times throughout the day....NEVER leave a message.
Today 2/13 called 10x's + ...also called fax machine several times....which is ILLEGAL scanning house numbers.....per my lawyer....

called these numbers back either get disconnected or -thank you for calling......

If this is a collection agency- they should mail statements to show if I owe anything to anyone.....

THIS COMPANY IS ANNOYING- NO MESSAGES EVERY LEFT....SOME DAYS I HAVE IMAGINE 24 MESSAGES FROM THIS COMPANY...CALLS AND HANG-UPS SMH.......

They called 4 times from 8:30 a.m. until 9:30 a.m. i never answered. Caller ID said Comenity. Whoops! It's now after 10 and they called again. Horrible.

I made a complaint less than 1/2 hr ago about 2 calls on my cell phone: 1st call from 7204563680;next day from 720-456-3682; and now at 9:13 am they called my landline (less than 1/2 hr from last call to cell). ((I rarely use cell phone and have in voice mail to call landline #)). Caller ID on my landline says "COMENITY" ... I answered phone, in gruffest voice "Who are you?" but they hung up when I said "Who. Looking up Comenity, I think I solved it for me, at least. My brother who lived in same city, but we seldom communicated, committed suicide. I've been receiving calls to PAY his bills, though, I am probably 4th on the pecking orders of heirs (he left nothing).
