They called twice yesterday. Finally, I called back and asked who they are looking for and told them not to call me back. He said okay i won't call you back. This is definitely a scam. I've talked to colorado, AG and Ohio AG, this is an extortion scam.

Called and left a threatening voicemail Friday. Identified herself as a private investigator. Called again today. Couldn't give me any information on who gave me an alleged payday loan nor a date. Got plenty pissed when I told them I knew they were fraudulent

Those getting the same call, report her to the FTC, CONSUMER PROTECTION BUREAU, AS WELL. Just block her call. She can't legally do anything. They are using illegal collection tactics to scare you.

They called and said that my bank account and name is being investigated for suspicious activity and if I didnt call back I was gonna have my accounts blocked. 3 times this has happened to me from this number.

This woman is a scammer...debt collector...left word on my phone that my bank account was under investigation! I'm recent victim of ID theft and was horrified until I read al the comments from others she has tried to scam. Get her off the net. Shirly Carmichael is the name said the report...

Said her name was Shirley carmichael. I went off on her twice, i was able to make her stop talking for 2 seconds. So it is a human. I filed complaints with CO ag, hopefully this will make them stop. It's a scam. No legal debt collector can threaten to sue without proper validation as per FDCA.

They call non stop for a girl that hasn't had this number for at least 6 years! Then when I call them back and tell them to stop calling they say nothing.

I get multiple calls daily from this number on a phone number I have had only a few weeks. When I answer I get a robo voice and cannot seem to locate a human.

They phoned twice today. Saying that there was a case downloading in my state. Needed me to call before an allegation was filed. IDIOT i went off on her told me not to call this house again. That is considered a threat, what they are doing.

Must be some sort of collection agency working off of very old records. They were looking for the person that previously had my number over 3 years ago.
