They show up at Captial One Represent on my caller ID. When My fiancé answered they said "this is capital one is this "Joe Schmoe". Thinking they were trying to solicit a credit card for our new store he said yes, then they identified themselves as Alpha Recovery Corp.

They have called several times, but refuse to identify themselves or leave a message.
DON'T KNOW WHO'S NUMBER THIS IS BUT THEY HAVE BEEN CALLING A POLICE DEPARTMENT HARASSING ALL THE WORKERS DON'T KNOW WHO THEY ARE CALLING FOR BUT THEY END UP HARASSING EVERYONE. WE NEED THEM TO STOP CALLING
