Called step-mother constantly saying her computer needs attention. When they called several days ago and I happened to be visiting, I answered and stated "__ State Police" no reponse. Haven't called back since

they called twice today the first time they got my answering machine but they forgot to hang up.
they didn't speak much English as I heard lots of back ground talking on the voice message, then they called back within 30 min then hung up when I said hello....
Calling to let me know they're getting error messages from my computer...that I haven't had turned on in weeks.
