Just got spam called on my do-not-call-list cellphone by an outbound call center run by "Homestar Security", http://www.homestarsecurity.com/
They've been recruiting for outbound spam callers: http://denver.classifiedssun.com/jobs/marketing-and-pr/5-APPOINTMENT-SETTERS-WANTED-FOR-PHONE-ROOM-Ad-26865901.html
When I told them their call was in violation of federal and state do not call laws and asked for their company, they hung up on me, but they didn't bother to try to hide their caller ID (720-536-4919).
When I called their office ((303) 756-0906) and talked to 'Preston' and informed him of their violation, he simply offered to add my numbers to their internal do not call list. When I asked him what he was going to do about their agents calling DNC numbers and hanging up when asked who they were working for, he refused to do anything further.
