The pre-recorded message (female voice, Tiffany) claims that this is your last chance to call and lower your interest rates. Your eligibility will expire after today. Press 1 to speak with a live body. I pressed one; a man answers (American accent), and asks me if I'm calling about lowering my Visa and Mastercard interest rates. I asked him what company this was with and he hung up.
