The pre-recorded message (female voice, Tiffany) claims that this is your last chance to call and lower your interest rates. Your eligibility will expire after today. Press 1 to speak with a live body. I pressed one; a man answers (American accent), and asks me if I'm calling about lowering my Visa and Mastercard interest rates. I asked him what company this was with and he hung up.

Cardholder Services to lower my credit scores. It was an automated message from "Tiffany." Previous calls from this company have been automated from "Rachel" but it's the same voice and same message. Every call is from a different number. I don't have the information on hand for the other calls.
