They said "press the number one on your phone now to speak with a live operator and lower your interest rate." They didn't identify a particular credit card, etc. It's not any that I have. They call multiple times daily.

It advertises the ability to get you lowered interest rates on your credit card. The recording attempts to sound like it is a call from one of your own credit card companies as a reminder of an offer that you have already received but possibly overlooked. It says that you only have a few hours left to respond.

There was a recorded message that said press one if you want to lower your credit card rate. When you press one, a live person comes on and tells you that Account Services can help lower your credit card rate, but doesn't tell you any information about the company or WHAT account services it is calling from. Each time they call,when I tell them to remove my name from their list, they immediately hang up on me.
