Reducing credit card interest rate

Lower my interest rates on credit cards. All my balances are paid in full. No reason to lower my rates.

Lower credit card rate scam. Same company from many different numbers going on for at least six months. Just identify themselves as "Credit Card Services". This is the first time I got a call from a number I'd seen before. I've talked to them once and stated I was on the Do-Not-Call registry and they hung up on me, but keep calling.

The recorded message was regarding my "credit card account services" and "maintaining your low annual percentage rate." Currently, I have NO credit cards accounts open and NO consumer debt.

The call was intended to promote a lower cost credit card than the one I have. It is not clear whether the entity calling actually had any knowledge regarding my credit card accounts or whether the entity would solicit such information from me in order to offer me a better product. Thus, in addition to this being an unwanted, unsolicited call on my cell nymber which is on the Federal No Call List, I suspected the enity was engaged in some kind of Fraud or Identity Fraud.

Lowering my credit card interest rate. The call was a pre-recorded message that said I was eligible to lower my interest rate - it seemed fishy, but they made it sound like they might be with a credit card company (as they did not say which, I believe this ambiguity is intentional to lure people in to thinking it is their credit card carrier). I pressed 1 to speak to a representative, and when the guy answered I asked him if it was Chase Bank - he immediately hung up.
