Want to lower my cred card rates. I pressed "1" to talk with someone (to tell them to leave me alone). I asked (for the 6th time) to be removed from their list, that I am on the Do Not Call Registry. The guy started cussing me out, calling me a "bitch", asking how big I was (apparently because he's going to kick my ass). I laughed at him. He stated that he will call me whenever the fuck he wants to, and that it will now be more often. He then hung up on me. I try to call back, and it says that the mailbox belonging to "Mike" is full. Every time.

Stated nothing wrong with a credit card account just offering to reduce the finance charge rate. I completed the prompts and someone came on the line asking if I was calling about a master card or visa. I said no I wanted the repeated calls to stop and the person hung up. There is no prompt to stop the calls.

The claim was the ability to lower my credit card interest rate, but was not linked to any specific card. After listening to the pre-record message, I pressed 1 to tell them to remove me. The live operator hung up as soon as I mentioned "cell phone."
