Offers to reduce the interest rate on your "existing card". Just press 1 to be connected to a person. When I do that to try to have my number removed from the calling list, the answering person just hangs up. There is no option at the end of the message to "opt out" of receiving these calls.

Claimed "last chance to lower credit card interest rates"

The standard "we can get you a cheaper rate on your credit card if you give us all your personal information" call, which when pressed for more information just hang up rather than identifying themselves.

Reduce my credit card interest rate

Prerecorded message claimed to be from Cardmember services from my credit card company, and if I wanted to lower my interest rate, press 1. I was curious, and did. I was transferred to a live person named "Jim" to whom I stated I was on the Do Not Call Registry, and I wanted to be added to their DNC list too, but in mid-sentence, he hung up. When you dial the number from Caller ID, it goes to a mailbox that is "full." These people need to be prosecuted! It can't be too difficult to find out who owns the above number! Why can't the FCC do something??!!

Reducing credit card rate

Some sort of credit refinance or consolidation. I did not select to hear more. This same caller/message calls repeatedly to both my cell and home phone from various different numbers, and also from Private/blocked numbers.
