An offer to lower the interest rates on my credit card, though no particular credit card was mentioned. When I asked which account, the woman hung up.

As best I recall: "Hi, I am calling from your credit card company. Do you have credit card debt you would like to lower the interest rate on? We may be able to help you. Please press '1' on your phone to speak with a liver operator." As I said in the other box, there's no way to get any other information out of them because the operator will hang up on you if you say anything other than, "Yes, I have credit card debt." The time I played along, they asked for my credit card number, but would not give me the name of their company.

The ability to lower the interest rate on my credit cards. My credit card company does not call me for that type of thing. called before, but don't remember date.

Something to do with Credit Card Servicing - & getting lower rates - & fixing your credit. They are trying to Prey on those with High credit card rates & amounts, I guess. That is NOT ME!!
