"Josh" phoned me July 6 and left a message. Again, stated that we talked about refinancing and that I wanted him to call me back at a later time. (false). He said that rates are at their best ever and to grab them before they go up. (close to the truth - by low, sell high is always a great strategy). Josh did not leave the name of his company, but unlike most telemarketers, left a message. So, who is he?
