Caller hung up when answering system intercepted call and left no message.

I get credit card solicitation from this number. It was a recording. When I hit "7" the call ends immediately, but they still randomly call throughout the week.

Did not answer because I fif not know the area code. They left voice mail message. It was unintelligible music or talk, I could not tell, that lasted 19 seconds. Blocked the number.
