The number called and said CAPSTONE on the caller ID; when I answered there was nothing...no noise, nothing. I called back and was automatically put on hold. A man picked up and asked to speak to the owner of "Avista" or something and i said he had the wrong number and asked to put on the do not cal list and he made a comment like "we don't call the wrong number" and hung up....
