they call but when I answer and say hello like 3-4 times then call ends

Never stops calling even though you don't answer. By the sounds of the other [similar] complaints on here, it sounds like your number gets put on a bot who auto-calls every x amount of minutes.

This is a college that has called me over 75 times since the beginning of November when I requested some info (which by the way I never received plus the fact that no one ever answers if you do pick up the phone.
