It was a recorded msg but clear enough that it sounded like a live human. She asked me if it was ok to explain & when i went to tell her no, no sense in wasting your time, she interrupted just as though i said "sure tell me all about it! " So i hung up. Also, the call looked like it was local but it probably wasn't... they use an app to make it look local so that people
will answer their call.
