Calls my cell phone. Leaves a message telling me that I can check into lowering my rate on credit card. Never specifies WHICH credit card. ANOTHER SPAM CALL!

Caller: Caller ID lists as UNAVAILABLE.

This is getting really frustrating this number calls my phone at 730 in the morning. Then they hang up, or if I call back it says its out of service.

called my cell phone, left no message. When i called back -several times- call disconnects. Other sites indicate its a scam call.
