called with an indian acesent and said i owed three hundred dollors and if i did not pay i was going to court.i told them no i was not paying until i spoke with my attorney,when my lawyer called they hung up on him.the very next day my bank called me and told me that somebody was trying to use my debit card and they caught it and shut it down.anybody gets these calls should call there bank on have them watch for any weird activety with there account

Well, I was pissed when she called me and threatened me. I advised her that I had turned over her name number and google information to the Texas Attorney General. FUNNY..that she says the EXACT same thing over and over and over.. NO deviation. I know that collection agents in US can not harrass nor threaten...soooo I agree w/ the googling everything.

Recived a call from a woman with a very heavy accent advising me that I should not ignore this message and I need to have an attorney call back. I called back and was advised that I owe $300 and I need to pay now or I will be arrested on Monday morning. They had all my information, social, date of birth and workplace. When I challenged and continued to ask questions I was hung up on each time.

keep calling back. they give no answer. i had my friends calling saying they were my lawyers and asking for their bar numbers. i called back with a few people, asking for diffrent names and noone will tell me their name. 1 guy told me i owe 4000$ then the next guy told me 300, i told him i googled the number and i red him a few comments people were posting and they told me to write more comments about them. a real law office would not want name bashing against their company. then when i told them i thought it was a scam the guy told me i was being charged with internet frawd i also called this number with google voice witch transfered me to this number 2615075183, witch is located in madagascar. when two people told me they were in california and pensylvania. dont be stupid. ask questions and google everything.

Similar message as others, left a message for someone named Liam, saying contact us immediately, time sensitive, basically threatening in nature. Poor quality English, difficult to understand.

I too received the same call, from a woman who left a message telling me to have my attorney call back that it was time sensitive and that if I didn't my fate was in my own hands. I called back after hours and I think they said it was jaffe and jaffe associates at law or jessie and jessie assoicates at law with Mike Robinson and Jeff Mulden senior attorneys. I could hardly understand the woman that called and left the message or the man who is one the after hours message.

I received a call from this number-the woman leftt me a very nasty message asking for my attorney to call the...I returned the call as I had not idea who or why this person had called, I explained that I was returning a message to from a woman with a strong accent that threatened that my "fate" would be my own if I or my attorney did not return the call....well, I was hung up on several times...

Called me 12 times. And even called blocked. They kept saying I owed them 5000 dollars and they have all my information. I spoke to someone named Mike an another named Vanessa Miller. They sound foreign. And saying im being sued for fraud.

Called me saying I failed to pay a payday loan. Receiving calls from different numbers. All threat to have me arrested if I don't pay.

THERE ARE MANY OF THESE TYPES OF PEOPLE/GROUPS OUT THERE CALLING WITH ALMOSE EXACTLY THE SAME MESSAGE. THEY'RE A SCAM. I CALL THEM BACK AND TELL THEM THAT I OWE NOTHING AND THAT I KNOW THEY'RE TRYING TO SCAM ME, AND THAT I'VE TURNED OVER THEIR PHONE NUMBER AND THE NAME OF THE PERSON WHO INITIALLY CALLED TO MY STATES ATTORNEY GENERAL. THEY USUALLY SAY THANKS AND HANG UP. DON'T LET THEM WORRY YOU.

I got a call from this number. This man claims is name is John Harris. He has foreign accent. He is the same man that has been calling me from different numbers. He cant speak englsh very good. He is calling from another country. Either India or Pakastan. They will make threats and say that you have made a payday loan or have some complaint filed against you. Whatever you do. Do not fall for this scam. Report it to the Federal Trade Commission and your legal authorities. They will continue to call. I would sometimes call them back and tell them they have been reported to legal aouthoriities and FTC.
