Six calls today. Used a friend's cell phone and called back and she asked who she was talking too and what company he represented and he hung up. He did say he was calling from Arlington Park Texas but the phone id said it came from Washington PA. Anyway after getting called back, no more calls.

Caller: Scam rob call saying it was IRS and there was a lawsuit filed.

They called three times today from 2:52 pm- 4.21 pm. Said there was a lawsuit against you. First time, they left a message, the second two times, I answered and hung up right way. Wish they would be caught and prosecuted.

They have called three times within three hours today. First time, left a message that the IRS has filed a lawsuit against me, never said name. The second two times, I picked it up and hung up without saying a word. Scam for sure. Ugh.

Called said the IRS has a lawsuit against you. I filed a fraud claim on IRS website. Definitely spam call. They called earlier from a Seattle number 206-494-0741. IRS will always send you information by mail first & never ask for money over the phone.

Caller ID says Pennsylvania call. Two calls an hour apart ! Mentions no name except "you" its the IRS, Internal Revenue Office! Lawsuit, case and call back! dumb scammers.

Claiming the IRS had a lawsuit against us. Left two msgs so far. Also came up as 724-228-1153. I guess I'll have to buy money cards to satisfy. Ha ha ha!

They have called me twice this morning leaving messages that they are the IRS. It also says I have a lawsuit against me and to call immediately. May 6, 2016

SCAM!!!! ROBO call! Robo claims to be the IRS about a lawsuit against "you". Really? The IRS will NOT robo call you, they will send certified mail or a warm body to your door. Do not be fooled.

I just got the same call May 6 2016 saying they were "initiating a lawsuit against me, But they never asked who they were speaking too!
