Received call from same number and foreign accent. Saying gov't had tried reaching us since 2011 because taxes had been filed incorrectly in 2010.
Got a call from "Kevin Mason" claiming to be from the Treasury Dept/IRS claiming I owed back taxes.
This is a pure scam.
The IRS always conducts their business by mail - yes I found this out the hard way one time..
