Asked if he would just send us something in the mail explaining the program , I would take a look at it and make up my mind then...only because there are so many scammers out there, and I do not know if he is who he said he is. He hung up. If it was a real Police Organization they would have understood that, and would of been happy to send something through the mail...not get Mad and Hang Up on me.
