This number needs traced and the users prosecuted.

Says its the electric company, cannot call it back...Says it is a return call, but I never called.

I recieved several calls. They never left messages. The two times I answered and someone was there, they talked a little, but the connection was breaking up. I called several times-I either got a message the number was disconnected, or a message that they are TMC, but their voicemail is full. Now when I try to call, the call won't even ring through! I've done some searching online, and I think these people are just trying to get people's energy account numbers. Seems like a scam!!!
