Sequiem Asset Solutions (Collection) called my cell number (which I NEVER give out) & asked for a person who I didn’t know. They insisted I was the individual they were trying to reach & actually had the nerve to insinuate that I was lying. No matter how much I tried to explain, they simply would not believe that the person they were trying to contact was not me. Despite the fact that they were asking for a guy, which I am definitely not!!
The call was extremely unpleasant, almost to the point of harassment. This company really needs to get their act together — research data BEFORE making call to ensure correct person/number is called, along with some lengthy customer service training & phone etiquette training.

Sequium Asset Solutions (DEBT COLLECTORS) called asking for someone I do NOT know nor have I ever heard of claiming that I owed a debt because someone either used MY phone number, or entered theirs incorrectly.Now they call my line 3 times a day after I provided PROOF I was NOT that person, and if I want the calls to stop I should pay them a debt that is NOT mine. That is extortion plain and simple.
