They have called constantly over the past few years after I naively signed up for magazines and then later cancelled it (after much hassle). They do not stop calling even when you ask to be put on the do-not-call number. I am so tired of their calling and harassing. They have also recently shown up on my phone as 239 for the caller ID...I don't even know how that number can call me.

Said they got my contact information from my magazine company which does not exists and they already have my card information but just want me to verify all of it.
