I get a call daily and they hang up. When I call back, they hang up as well

Mastercard /Visa Card SCAM!!!!! they tell you you own something but they are LIARS AND RIP OFF ARTISTS..I don't have either card so thy just hung up once I told them what a scam they are ...It should be a law against this.
