want to lower credit card rates but need to press 1 - if you press 1 and tell them you are on the "no call" list they tell you that they did not call you "you called them" (i assume by pressing the 1) and they will not remove you from their call list

Consumer debt consolidation of credit card debt. This company has been harrassing me & my wife for well over a year! They have called morning and afternoon on both our home number and both of our cell phones. I have filed numerous complaints, yet the calls keep coming. This company must be punished with fines or other legal remedies. My wife & I are retired and do not want to be harrassed by these telemarketers. That is why we have been on the Registry since its inception. It is obviously a major 'waste of time & effort' to get any of the agencies to do their job in stopping these unwanted and aggrevating intrusions.
