ListenClear is a legitimate company selling a legitimate product however their contact methods are illegal. I am on the DoNotCall registry and they are also not allowed to cold call mobile phones. They're using an illegal robodialer to contact large numbers of clients illegally. My hearing is fine and I wouldn't contact this organization for anything.
