Called my work phone with a Clearwater FL number and I didn't answer. Had a 2 second dead air voicemail.

Received a call from 727-448-0809 on 08/18/2014 at 9:14 AM, caller name ID read as "Florida." I picked up the receiver but I did not speak, there was dead silence on the other end until the call disconnected.

I just received a call from this number which came up on my caller id as a Florida number as well. It was a prerecorded message reminding me that November 4 is election day and that I should put that date on my calendar and remember to vote.
