This is the first call I received on a so-called "automotive services" business like this and so I can't remember whether 844-989-1708 is the number I heard --- but they advertised themselves as "Automotive Services." Now, for the scam warning and alert factors: First, they claimed that I was on their waiting list by telling me to call "this number" when I knew that I had done nothing to get on their waiting list. They also said that this was their "final warning" to call and have myself removed from their waiting list when, like I said, I had no previous correspondence with them. SECOND SCAM ALERT FACTOR: The volume level on my phone was extremely low even though I had my phone volume turned all the way up. I had to hold the phone --- on speaker mode --- all the way up to my ear just to be able to barely hear what was being said. IF THIS IS A LEGITIMATE BUSINESS, DON'T YOU THINK THEY WOULD BE LEVEL-HEADED ENOUGH TO ENSURE THEIR TELEPHONE MESSAGE COULD BE EASILY HEARD? That told me that these people don't have their business heads screwed on straight.
