This is not a spam caller. TechData is an IT distributor who sells to VARs, MSPs, consultants, and computer stores, among others. Their policy of not leaving a message can be annoying, especially when they call before I am open due to their difficulty understanding that time zones are a thing, but having them incorrectly listed as a spam caller, when I actually do business with them, is even more annoying.
