I have no debt. don't know why they keep calling me

harassing phone calls

Calls all the time, it's a google like system, where they can call from a "switch box". & the number showing can be from anywhere, & used by many people in many different places, likely in US soil.
I just got the new phone line to our family plan, & it's a lot of folks from debt collectors. This company I have told many times, no I don't know this person, I just activated this phone, & they either hang up or rarely say they won't call back, now I call them over & over, they promise not to call my cell, but they just WON'T STOP!! I'm not cutting the line off, it's for a side business I run, & it's pathetic that these morons just don't get it, the guy is gone & they being phone companies, ( I worked for AT&T for over 22+ yrs. So I know a little) I'm going to place a law suit on them, & get these assholes a nice paycheck to me, for all my time, patience & monies spent on phones, minutes, loosing calls & thus business & clients. I have at my access the meanest nastiest group of lawyers in the south. This being Miami, Florida. I will have them pay the entire Check to the lawyers. We have not come to be 100% a communist country, & these fucks are not going to continue this BS, in which all I read & see from over 1400+ people just on this site, people join w/ me & let's turn the dial here. Luckily I have no bad debt, once I paid off college & my first ones in college, unlearned my lesson. Credit, is only for emergencies. I feel sorry, that this person & as well as so many of you have been treated poorly.
Better business bureau is taking their monies, to clean up the companies outlook to all outside, yet just hundreds if complaints & that's just down here in south Florida. Good luck to all & I'll report to all on how to deal w/ these pieces of shit!

Calls from different numbers all the time. Can't keep track of all the numbers. When I do explain and try to work out the payments of my debt, they are completely rude and unprofessional.

The person they want is my ex sister in law.She went to prison for identity theft. Not sure why they r calling me! 18 blocked calls from them just today. Grrrrr.

They are just another crooked spineless and soulless collector trying to fraudulently collect on debts that are 5 years or more old .

This 20 year old account was charged off in chapter 7

this company harasses people and tries to falsely collect money.

I have repeatedly explained that they have the wrong contact number but they continue to call When asked to stop calling, I was told that I have to submit the request in writing. it was explained the I do not or never had an Old Navy account
