Of all places to call reference a US Medicare Card they had to call Toronto, Ontario, Canada. I discovered what this call was about after reading through some of the previous reports and found similarities ie, half cut message, robo call answer when called back and the fact that it refers to Medicare in some fashion. For Canadians yes we do have Medicare, however each province titles it differently ie Ontario is OHIP and Nova Scotia is MSI. No one from these departments would ever call anyone they will Snail Mail instead.
